About

Rachel Stewart, PhD enjoys working with athletes, sports teams, individuals, families and groups who want to be their best. She works with their strengths to help them access and enhance their natural gifts physically, mentally and emotionally. Her background is in personal development, sports performance, resilience, and education.

As a former competitive athlete, Rachel grew up playing multiple sports ~ soccer, track & field, tennis, figure skating, basketball, softball, and baseball. She had a passion for soccer and spent many years training with the Olympic Development Program (ODP) at the National Level. During her undergraduate studies at Villanova University, Rachel played Division I Soccer and was able to compete in the first Big East Tournament. After graduation, Rachel played semi-professional soccer and became a Division I Assistant Coach for the University of Pennsylvania Women’s Soccer Team.

After many years of coaching athletes at many levels (Division I College, High School, and Youth), Rachel knows that success in sports goes far beyond talent and skill. She enjoys working with athletes to develop the necessary skills that help take them to their next level, so they are better equipped to pursue their dreams.
